Challenge

Local commerce needs more than a brochure site: buyers expect fast browse-to-order flows, sellers need ops tools, and the product has to scale categories without rewriting the core. The client needed a modular marketplace foundation, not a one-screen demo app.

Solution

We designed and shipped a multi-module shopping architecture on Android and iOS — shared commerce core with catalog, cart, payments, order tracking, notifications, and seller modules that can grow per brand or city.

Highlights

  • Hyperlocal marketplace UX for nearby discovery & orders
  • Native Android and iOS apps from a modular architecture
  • Catalog, cart, checkout, and order tracking end-to-end
  • Seller / store-side modules for operations
  • Push notifications and payment-ready flows
  • 1.2 lakh+ downloads validating product-market fit
