Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Aanandi Technosoft (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of our websites and services. By accessing our sites or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
These Terms apply to https://aanandi.in and services offered by Aanandi Technosoft. If you do not agree, do not use our sites or services. Where a separate written services agreement or statement of work applies, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict.
2. Services
We provide software development, design, consulting, and related professional services. Scope, fees, and timelines for paid work are defined in proposals, statements of work, or order forms agreed with you.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, lawful use of our sites and deliverables, and timely feedback and access needed for us to perform services. You are responsible for content and materials you supply.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, you own deliverables created specifically for you under a services agreement. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how, and generic components. Our site design, branding, and content remain our property.
5. Payment
Fees, schedules, and payment terms are set out in your services agreement. Late payments may pause work. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for performing under these Terms or a services agreement, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Sites and materials are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability arising from services or site use is limited as set out in your services agreement, or if none, to fees paid for the relevant engagement in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chhattisgarh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a services agreement specifies otherwise.
