Overview
A leading SaaS platform in the lending space partnered with AIFusionX to streamline and automate its loan processing workflows across multiple teams and systems.
With hundreds of applications processed weekly, the goal was to reduce manual workload, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate turnaround times—without compromising accuracy or compliance.
Problem
On-demand markets need two apps (customer + provider), booking reliability, and admin tools adapted to local categories — not a generic Uber-for-X template.
The solution included:
- Generic Uber-for-X template
- No provider job flow
- Catalogue ignores local demand
customer + provider flows
Templates collapse when pricing, categories, and fulfilment rules are local to Nepal.
Approach
Customer booking, provider job accept/status/complete, local catalogue, ops admin, architecture ready for payments and notifications.
Product system:
- Customer booking
- Provider completion
- Nepal-specific categories
Market decisions were made for Nepal. The core can add service lines without a rewrite.
Outcome
A two-sided stack the operator can staff: booking on one side, jobs on the other, admin in the middle.
The results were immediate and measurable:
